Steve Rolls Electrical (SRE) is committed to delivering quality electrical services that meet the highest industry standards of compliance and safety. Quality Control and Risk Management

SRE internal quality management systems have developed from years of industry experience and we are subject to continuous review and improvement. Staff are trained on our systems and processes and supervised to ensure ongoing compliance. Monthly independent audits include:

• Regular Site inspections
• Toolbox Talks
• Reporting on safety statistic including incident and injury logs

The team is also subject to regular competency testing to ensure their work always meets the required standard.

Health, Safety and the Environment

Providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees and contractors is a priority for SRE.  We support this through a robust internal OH&S management system.

• SRE electrical trade Staff are qualified and experienced Electrical Fitters & Mechanics
• Staff receive six monthly competency training and assessment
• Staff attend Monthly Workshop Toolbox talks also attended by an Independent Safety Auditor
• Electrical staff are trained in CPR & LVR
• Test instrumentation and service equipment are checked six monthly
• Risk assessments are completed for every electrical task
• Safety observers are used when regulations or risk assessment dictates
• Trade staff are trained in workplace health and safety and first aid

We are also committed to minimizing our environmental impact and we support this by investing in new equipment with improved emission performance.

Insurance and Work Cover

SRE also mitigates risk with comprehensive insurance cover that includes:

• Public Liability Insurance up to $20,000,000
• Product Liability Insurance up to $20,000,000
• Property Insurance up to $250,000

Professional Memberships

Steve Rolls has been a Member of Master Electricians since 2010 and has been a Member of Electrical & Communications Association for over 15 years. As a Member of Master Electricians SRE is required to:

• demonstrate he is an experienced electrical contractor
• complete a stringent safety and quality audit
• adhere to a code of practice,
• offer customers a 12-month guarantee on work performed
